Health Insurance
C2 provides medical, dental and health insurance to all of its employees at no cost. Options for traditional medical plans as well as high deductible/Health Savings Account plans are available.
Retirement Plan
C2 employees, including part-time employees, may enroll in a 401K retirement plan after the successful completion of 3 months of employment. C2 matches 100% of the employee contribution up to 3% of the annual salary and 50% of the employee contribution up to 5% of the annual salary. All safe harbor matches are fully vested. C2 also provides discretionary profit sharing on an annual basis. These are discretionary contributions and are vested on a sliding scale based on years of service to the company. Note that an employee does not need to be enrolled in the 401K plan to receive this benefit.
Holidays, Vacation and Sick Leave
C2 observes nine (9) paid holidays throughout the year. Discretionary paid holidays may be added at the discretion of the company. C2 offers both paid vacation and sick leave as combined Personal Time Off (PTO). PTO is based on the staff level and years of work experience. All PTO is immediately available to the employee at the start of each year and immediately upon hire (first year PTO may be pro-rated based on date of hire). No need to work months just to accrue a single day off! While unused PTO cannot be carried forward into the next calendar year, unused PTO may be paid out at the end of the year at the discretion of the Company.
